Seth Phalatse has over 50 years’ experience in local and international corporate and
executive management. He served as an Executive Director for 24 years, and a further 10 years as Non-Executive Director at BMW South Africa, which forms part of the BMW Group. Until recently, he was Executive Chairman of a joint venture company with a German
multinational group. Phalatse is a well-respected and astute businessman, with global expertise in strategy and operations.

He is currently the Chairman of the Thabo Mbeki Presidential Library Fundraising Committee.

Phalatse also holds Non-Executive Directorships at Vertiv South Africa and until early 2020,
at Robert Bosch South Africa, other Former Directorships include Emerson Network Power
and International Ferrochrome Metals. Seth is also a founder member and shareholder of
First Mayibuye Holdings.
